Ken was absolutely awesome! Our refrigerator went out and I called an appliance repair shop we used in the past. They don't work on our brand and referred me to Awesome Appliance. Ken is the absolute best! Professional, patient, friendly and knowledgeable! He was quick in answering my call and asking for info about my dishwasher through text, and was able to come over to my house early the next day. I have a 9year old dishwash... er that wasn't cleaning dishes properly - He quickly diagnose the issue with dishwasher with accuracy, and clearly explained every issue that my dishwasher has, and propose solutions for us. In the end, we were considering between repair and buying a new one, and he not only provided an exact cost for repair, but also help recommend options to purchase new machines for us to consider.
