We also offer a 1-year warranty on parts and labor for most repairs. In addition, we have a deep passion for appliance repair and love discussing the theory of operation of machines and the reasons for manufacturers' decisions.

We also offer same-day or next-day delivery of locally available parts to ensure timely service.

2. Do you offer a guarantee?
Absolutely. If you're not satisfied, we aren't either. We will not ignore you.
3. What do you charge and is the service fee applied?
Yes it is! We apply the service fee directly to your labor. You will not pay labor plus a service fee.
Our labor will absorb the service fee, but will never be less than the service fee.
The service fee is based on your particular area, but our base fee is $120.00
We use a national pricing guide referred to as The Appliance Blue Book. This allows us to stay current with industry standards for training and service. Your Diagnostic Fee will only "come off" of the total if you choose to pay in advance.
Our service fee is determined based by our "cost of doing business" analytics. We found the minimum amount needed to provide the level of service we have determined is necessary to be considered "Quality".
4. What if the appliance is built-in to my cabinets or stacked with a dryer on a washer?
We will handle stacked units on a case by case basis.
We will request pictures of the way the appliance is installed to determine if it is within our abilities.
Currently we are a small company without the man power to handle what we would consider "2-man jobs".

5. Are you hiring and how much is your pay?
Yes, we are hiring!
We are looking for honest, reliable and dependable people WITH experience and WITHOUT to join our Awesome team as appliance repair technicians. We pay experienced technicians between $21- $33 per hour, with benefits.
Entry level technicians will start at $18-$20 per hour with benefits starting after the completion of training.
