Yes it is! We apply the service fee directly to your labor. You will not pay labor plus a service fee.
Our labor will absorb the service fee, but will never be less than the service fee.
The service fee is based on your particular area, but our base fee is $120.00
We use a national pricing guide referred to as The Appliance Blue Book. This allows us to stay current with industry standards for training and service. Your Diagnostic Fee will only "come off" of the total if you choose to pay in advance.
Our service fee is determined based on our "cost of doing business" analytics. We found the minimum amount needed to provide the level of service we have determined is necessary to be considered "Quality".
5. Are you hiring and how much is your pay?

We are looking for honest, reliable and dependable people WITH experience and WITHOUT to join our Awesome team as appliance repair technicians. We pay experienced technicians between $21- $33 per hour, with benefits.
Entry level technicians will start at $17.50 per hour with benefits starting after the completion of training.
