I also offer a 1-year warranty on parts and labor for most repairs. In addition, I have a deep passion for appliance repair and love discussing the theory of operation of machines and the reasons for manufacturers' decisions.
I believe that my commitment to providing excellent customer service sets me apart. I prioritize prompt and effective communication with my customers and always aim to treat their homes with respect. I also offer same-day or next-day delivery of locally available parts to ensure timely service.
Unlike some other appliance repair companies, I am locally owned and operated. This means that I have a deep understanding of the needs of my community and I'm invested in building long-term relationships with my customers.
2. Do you offer a guarantee?
Absolutely. If you're not satisfied, we aren't either. We will not ignore you.
3. What do you charge and is the service fee applied?
Yes it is! I apply the service fee directly to your labor. You will not pay labor plus a service fee.
My labor will absorb the service fee, but will never be less than the service fee.
The service fee is based on your particular area, but our base fee is $120.00 to $160.00
I use a national pricing guide referred to as The Appliance Blue Book. This allows me to stay current with industry standards for training and service. Your Diagnostic Fee will only "come off" of the total if you choose to pay it in advance.
My service fee is determined based by our "cost of doing business" analytics. I found the minimum amount needed to provide the level of service I have determined is necessary to be considered "Quality".
4. What if the appliance is built-in to my cabinets or stacked with a dryer on a washer?
I will handle stacked units on a case by case basis.
I will request pictures of the way the appliance is installed to determine if it is within my abilities.
Currently I am a small company without the man power to handle what I would consider "2-man job".

I am a factory-trained technician that has the knowledge and experience to repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, microwaves, and other in-home appliances.
I promise to be friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Most repairs qualify for our 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
